Dr. Adnan El Bakri

A Franco-Lebanese physician, urologic surgeon, and entrepreneur, Dr. El Bakri has spent
more than fifteen years building at the intersection of medicine, artificial intelligence,
and digital health — the exact ground on which Diagnoz Dubai's companies operate.
Born and raised in Tripoli, Lebanon, in a neighborhood marked by poverty and war, he trained
at the Faculties of Medicine of Marseille and Reims and earned a Doctorate in Medicine alongside
advanced studies in technological sciences, with the highest academic honors. His work bridging
health and technology led to his naturalization on merit by the President of the French Republic.
He is a serial founder in health technology. His first venture, PassCare, pioneered a new model
for sharing medical data — reaching a €30M valuation before a successful exit — and later
helped inspire France's national digital health platform. Today he leads Diagnoz.AI, a European
biotech building digital body twins through generative AI, now preparing a $100M Series A to
scale its research and global expansion.
